By accessing now pk, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to comply with them. These Terms & Conditions have been drafted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using this platform. now pk reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform after any such modification will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms & Conditions apply to adult users residing in Bangladesh.
Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on now pk, you must be at least 18 years of age. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Each user may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. The user is solely responsible for ensuring the security of their account. now pk bears no responsibility if a password is shared with another person or if unauthorized use of the account occurs.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi BDT and processed through prevailing mobile banking methods. Minimum and maximum deposit limits will be displayed on the platform and are subject to change at any time. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the designated timeframe after verification. now pk reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if fraud or abnormal activity is suspected. Any applicable taxes or charges on all transactions are the responsibility of the user.
Gaming Conduct & Prohibited Activities
Fraud, bot usage, collusion, and system hacking of any kind are strictly prohibited on the now pk platform. Any user found to be involved in such activities will have their account immediately closed and deposited funds may be forfeited. Attempting to gain an advantage through any third-party software or automation tools is also prohibited. Any attempt to compromise the platform's security or another user's experience will be treated as a serious violation. now pk reserves the right to take legal action against any misconduct.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Accepting any bonus or promotional offer is subject to the specific terms and conditions of that offer. To cash out a bonus, specific wagering requirements must be met, which will be detailed in the description of each offer. Any attempt to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. now pk reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, now pk's decision shall be considered final.
Liability & Dispute Resolution
The now pk platform provides services on an "as is" basis and is not liable for any losses caused by technical errors, connection interruptions, or third-party service providers. now pk accepts no liability for any financial loss, emotional distress, or other indirect harm suffered by a user. Any dispute must first be addressed by contacting our customer support team in an attempt to reach a resolution. Bangladeshi law shall apply to dispute resolution, and both parties will endeavor to reach a settlement through negotiation. Mandatory arbitration must be pursued before proceeding to court.
Account Closure & Suspension
Users may request to close their account at any time, and now pk will action that request as promptly as possible. However, all ongoing transactions and withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed. In cases of Terms & Conditions violations, now pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. A specific inactivity fee may apply to accounts that have been dormant for an extended period, which will be communicated separately on the platform. Relevant provisions of these Terms & Conditions will remain in effect even after account closure.
Intellectual Property & Content Usage
All content, logos, graphics, software, and designs on the now pk platform are protected under now pk's own intellectual property rights. Users may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes; any commercial reuse or reproduction is strictly prohibited. No part of this platform may be published, distributed, or modified elsewhere without the prior permission of now pk. Legal action will be taken in cases of intellectual property infringement. Any content uploaded to the platform by a user is the sole responsibility of that user.
